Anglicanism is, at its best, a powerful union of mind and emotion, of theology and practice, and of worship and action. Our North American culture of specialization constantly works to separate this union, and it is the mission of the Society of Scholar-Priests to foster the cooperation and interpenetration of the theological academy and the life of the people of God in parochial settings.
